FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the LuxyLoo bidet attachment easy to install?
You can install our bidet toilet seat attachment with ease, and this requires no special skills. All products come with an install guide, or click here to view guides and installation services providers.
How is the bidet attachment powered?
All you need is an electrical outlet close by. If you do not have an outlet close by, an electrician can install one for you.
Does the bidet attachment need any additional plumbing?
This bidet attaches your toilet's water supply, so you don’t need to consider new plumbing.
Does the bidet attachment need a hot water connection?
Electronic bidet toilet seats heat the water without the need for a hot water connection.
Is bidet water clean?
This bidet seat attaches to your home's water supply. Clean water is diverted directly to your bidet before it reaches your toilet. The water is as clean as the water you use in the shower. The waste water drains into the toilet bowl, and then you flush.
Do I still need to use toilet paper to dry off?
Our bidet attachment has a built in adjustable dryer, so toilet paper is truly a thing of the past. However, you can always use a few sheets for a "courtesy dab."
Is the bidet attachment ok to use after surgery or having a baby?
You can adjust the settings to the most gentle flow to clean your peach after surgery or labor. Using our remote control to stream water to clean your peach is much more ergonomic than reaching across to wipe with toilet paper.
Is the bidet attachment eco-friendly?
Yes, Americans kill 15 million trees annually for toilet paper. The bidet attachment reduces this by at least 80%. The bidet attachment uses about 1/8th of a gallon of water per use, compared to the 37 gallons of water it takes to make a single roll of toilet paper.
How long is the power cord?
3 feet long. To get an electrical outlet nearby, please click for an outside service provider estimate.
Can I put my outlet to the left or the right of the toilet?
The power comes out of the right side of the bidet attachment when facing the toilet, but the power can go on either side of your toilet.
Do I have a round or an elongated toilet bowl?
You can measure from the two mounting bolts at the seat hinge to the very front of the toilet bowl. That measurement will be about 16 1/2 inches if the bowl is round, and 18 1/2 inches if your bowl is elongated.
