Shipping & Handling Policy
We offer free standard shipping within the continental US (5-7 business days). These shipping times are most often accurate, but, they can be delayed by inclement weather, internal issues, or outside circumstances. We will do our best to fulfill your order ASAP. Please contact washme@myluxyloo.com with any issues regarding shipping. Orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will ship out that day, unless items are on back order, or in event of a federal holiday. If an order is placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on a weekday or on a weekend or federal holiday, the order will be shipped the next business day. Additional fees may apply on orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Tracking info will be provided.
Returns & Replacements
Returns will be accepted for undamaged products in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase. For express and fastest shipping options, we will provide a prepaid return label for any returns. For orders placed with free standard shipping, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Our products come with a 12 month guarantee on equipment and parts. We will promptly provide repair or placement within the warranty period. Any repairs will be done at our service center, and we will assume shipping costs if determined to be a viable warranty claim. Contact us at washme@myluxyloo.com for replacement/repair requests and please provide your order number and the reason for your inquiry. Please note and take photos if there is any damage to the packaging so we can help create a claim with the shipping provider.
