WARRANTY & RETURNS

Returns will be accepted for undamaged products in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase. For express and fastest shipping options, we will provide a prepaid return label for any returns. For orders placed with free standard shipping, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Our products come with a 1-year guarantee on equipment and parts. We will promptly provide repair or replacement within the warranty period. Any repairs will be done at our service center, and we will assume shipping costs if determined to be a viable warranty claim.

Exception: Using an extension cord or an outlet that is not GFCI rated voids the LuxyLoo warranty.  LuxyLoo will not be responsible for any damage an extension cord may cause.

Contact us at washme@myluxyloo.com for replacement/repair requests and please provide your order number and the reason for your inquiry. Please note and take photos if there is any damage to the packaging so we can help create a claim with the shipping provider. Potential issues could be diagnosed via email or phone call with our support team.
